Every day, owners Joseph and Katy pour their whole being into ensuring their guests’ satisfaction. The food at Country Terrace focuses on top quality produce prepared in an honest, uncompromising way, and with a touch of flair for presentation. The fish platter’s selection of crudi with an oriental twist is a must-have. Alternatively, you could go for the black ink tortellacci filled with ricotta and salmon—a favourite from the extensive pasta selection. Mains cover the whole range—fresh catches of the day, prime cuts of AAA Angus beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game (including traditionally-prepared rabbit “stuffat”), all served with local market vegetables and potatoes. An extensive wine list comprising excellent picks from top local and foreign producers will leave you spoilt for choice.
