A long standing Marsalforn favourite, Beppe’s is now in new premises as part of a small hotel located alongside the main square of the small village of Sannat. There are a few outside tables for fine weather, but the emphasis is on the year round indoor restaurant space, which has a clean and modern feel and attentive yet informal service. The main attraction here is the large open plan kitchen where the chefs can be seen at work creating dishes, and where they can be approached directly in order to be asked for their advice on the selection or preparation of your ideal meal.
The menu here is firmly aimed at meat eaters – a true steakhouse, where a large range of meat cuts and steaks (for one or to share) are displayed for selection, and can be discussed, selected and cooked to your preference. The meat is sourced from New Zealand and Italy, and is high quality, aged, marbled, and marinated in Gozo sea salt before being cooked on a wood burning grill. Choose from Angus, Sirloin, Chateaubriand, Tomahawk, and Rib Eye, as well as options such as veal, carpaccio, homemade sausage, duck or foie gras. The fabulous bread is made in house and served with garlic butter, whilst desserts include fondant, parfait and panacotta options. A wide ranging menu of quality wines from around the world complete the menu.
