Beppe’s is located on the ground floor of the Quaint Hotel in Sannat. Its concept features an open kitchen with a wood-burning grill, aged meat on display and a chef’s table. While still maintaining the informal atmosphere created and overseen by Chef Patron Joseph Spiteri and his professional team, their priority remains quality, flavour and presentation, accompanied by a warm welcome.
The menu is a choice of aged beef including Australia wagyu grilled to your liking, and accompanied with a selection of sauces and mustards. There are also veal, crispy duck breast, chicken barbecue pork loin ribs and quail on offer. They have a fine selection of homemade sausages to tempt your palate. Fresh fish at market prices are also available. All pasta is made in-house and accompanied by homemade sauces made with fresh, local ingredients. They’ve recently updated their bread oven so make sure you get some to enjoy the local Gozitan extra virgin olive oil. Desserts include a Madagascar vanilla and nougat parfait and as a special, a smooth bounty mousse. A comprehensive wine list complements the menu. Consideration is also given to special dietary requirements. It’s little wonder that Beppe’s has won several awards since first opening.
