Vivanda – Chef Challenges, Food and More from February 22nd through the 25th 2018 at MFCC

Vivanda is set to go – it starts on Thursday, 22nd February through Sunday the 25th at the MFCC grounds in Ta’ Qali. Opening hours are between 10am to 10pm and every minute will be packed with fun activities with lots to see and taste.

One of the main attractions is the Malta Kulinarja, the cookery and culinary arts championships, during which chefs challenge each other in competitions to win prestigious awards in different categories. The competition is organised by the Malta Chefs Society under the auspices of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). All dishes will be adjudicated by 9 foreign judges, specifically flown in for Vivanda.

Apart from the activity around Malta Kulinarja, Vivanda is set to offer the visitor a variety of tasteful experiences. Most of Malta’s suppliers to the industry are displaying their goods to the trade and general public, and with a total of over 40 exhibitors Vivanda will give the visitor the opportunity to taste and savour food and wine and have a first-hand glance at the novelties within the industry.
