The new lunch menu at The Medina Restaurant, Mdina
The Medina Restaurant is now open for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday.
An original Norman residence, The Medina Restaurant is full of Romanesque features, allowing for a truly unique ambiance during day light. The honey coloured stone walls with the prettiest internal courtyard and classic garden attributes instantly transfer you into another world not just during an evening, but now also for lunch.
The lunch menu consists of sharing options including charcuterie platters, local produce, calamari fritti and neonati fritters amongst others. The starters include carbonara, warm salad of burratina, rabbit papiri, organic risotto, calamari and scallop ceviche.
The Medina launched their new lunch menu during a Press Dinner held at The Medina Restaurant. Beneath the wild flowering Oleander tree in the vine-clustered courtyard, the press and the influencers attending the menu launch enjoyed a selection of main courses from fresh fish, guinea fowl, pork, lamp, rib-eye and tagliata. The divine desserts consisted of imbuljuta, imqaret and bitter chocolate pudding.
The restaurant is a mixture of ingredients designed to please the most discerning clients.
