Ungeheuer Riesling 2016 ( Grand Cru)

 

From the most famous sites in Germany. This Riesling was used for the grand opening of the Suez Canal. Gives us aromas of white tea and citrus fruit combined with minerality and spicy Ness. Spicy and complex on the palate with a very long finish

Rabbit Saddle wellington stuffed with beef mince and local figs, wrapped in pancetta; mango chutney sauce

Sauvignon Blanc 500, 2017, MAGNUM

 

This wine is a barrel selection of the most outstanding 500 liter barrels Sauvignon Blanc. Fragrant elderflower, ripe gooseberry and fine herbs on the nose lead to a smoky and spicy finish on the palate

TROP 2014 

 

This liqueur wine, dense in colour with an incredibly high viscosity is a composition of berry fruit, Christmas spice and chocolate
