Situated in Rabat’s cultural area, this magnificent 17th-century Palazzo with a fascinating historical legacy of over 2,000 years makes an enchanting venue. A green, leafy courtyard garden is the dining centerpiece with a window offering a captivating glimpse of the bustling kitchen. Rooms are available within the building on cooler evenings or for private events. Underneath, a vaulted cellar teeming with promise is set to open soon! An extensive menu is modern and elegant, as would befit the surroundings, and complements the opulence. No matter the time, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are all catered for.

Dive (regally) into starters of crunchy bruschetta, king prawns, avocado & pineapple. Golden Fried Brie with fruity cranberry compote is a great choice, or steamed mussels in coconut cream, crowned with fresh coriander. Main courses of various crunchy salads, pizzas, burgers, and risottos are available. Seabass fillets with a saffron aioli stand out, but the showstopper is the Surf & Turf for 2 – ribeye steaks, huge king prawns, bone marrow, BBQ ribs and salad presented on a platter, certainly suiting the backdrop. Side orders of creamy gorgonzola potatoes and crispy sweet potato fries complement any dish. Delicious desserts include the crunchy Imqaret with ice-cream and a fruity Apple & Blueberry Crumble.
