Noni Restaurant

Patrons call it "one of the best restaurants in Malta". "Service is amazing".

Noni is a perfect blend of old fused with new. Located in the original Xmun Borg & Sons Bakery and Confectionery and still sporting the original name on the facade, it has been masterfully converted into a warm welcoming unique space. The classy decor provides an elegant setting for this exceptional fine dining experience. Set on two floors, the restaurant boasts high vaulted stone ceilings and patterned traditional yet modern grey and white floor tiles, dark wood chairs and tables, muted overhead lights and tasteful background music. The ambience is stunning and inviting.
The fusion of old and new in the decor is reflected in the menu. Noni restaurant is inspired by traditional Maltese cuisine yet takes it to a whole new level. Tease your taste buds with a mushroom pannacotta and pickled mushrooms, accompanied by warm bread served in a wooden box. Try the exquisite ‘Hobz biz-zejt 2018’ with tender seared tuna or the enticing fresh pappardelle special. Savour the melt in your mouth octopus on a bed of couscous with subtle undertones of ras el hanout, or experience the one of a kind rolled deboned rabbit and a crunchy rabbit croquette. End your meal with the original ‘Te fit-tazza’, condensed milk mousse, or the coconut and lime parfait, which looks too perfect to be eaten. Select wines from the extensive menu to complement the exquisite art on the plate!
