Manouche

Brunch for special occasions is what Manouche was made for! "Delicious food and pastries, friendly staff and great location".

An artisanal craft bakery, Manouche specialises in French baked goods. Its wine-coloured door welcomes visitors to a Parisian-style cafe with a full view of the in-house bakery and its bounty. The sweet aromas of chocolate, caramel and freshly-brewed coffee fill Manouche’s indoor seating area. The outdoor area features chic wicker chairs typical of a Parisian table layout. Manouche also has outlets in Valletta, Sliema, Baystreet and Paceville.  Besides being renowned for its exceptional service, Manouche is also dog-friendly. Though famous for its delicately-crafted sweets such as the dark chocolate and salted caramel tart, Manouche also shines in the savoury quarters.
The Manouche menu is varied and exciting catering for the busy lunch schedule of local business professionals.  Popular items include their unique ‘Bizza’ made with sourdough,  very popular linquini prawn and calamari and crispy duck salad with duck leg confit.  Their wine menu is never ending, with crisp Chablis, bold Cahors as well as sparkling wines and champagnes. The charcuterie concept allows guests to enjoy select cheeses with a glass of their favourite wine and a loaf of the in-house baguettes, freshly-baked daily. Make sure you check out the Sunday roasts with an additional French flair.
