It is a modern yet classy restaurant on the ground floor of the Radisson Blu hotel, where the undisturbed blue of the Mediterranean acts as a stunning backdrop by day or night. The menu itself is pure artistry, and choosing your starter, main and dessert is not an easy task as you’ll want to taste the lot! Starters on the menu range from smoked beef marble where a canvas of thinly sliced smoked beef is painted with stewed figs, shaved peppered cheeselet and peanut powder, as well as the insanely creative pot of local mussels infused in a ginger beer broth with fresh local lime, pickled basil leaves and chunky garlic croutes. Main dishes range from mouth watering Scottona rib-eye served in thick red wine essence, or the citrus prawn, or the asparagus risotto with herb oil drizzle. Pair each dish with a fine wine by the glass, choosing from the classic white Chablis or the bold red Malbec to compliment the savoury elements of your meal. Leave room for dessert, because the homemade vanilla panna cotta with Marsala pears and the vegan apricot maple jar are definitely worth a try.
