Hard Rock Cafe is the international, rock-themed chain, originally founded by two Americans in London in 1971. Renowned world over for its collections of hard rock memorabilia displays, the Hard Rock Cafe in Baystreet St. Julian’s is no exception. Inside you might find Keith Richards’ paisley jacket, Bono’s sunglasses, Madonna’s dress from the music video True Blue and Geri ‘Ginger Spice’ Halliwell’s slinky onstage jumpsuit. Seating is both indoors and out. There’s also a stage inside for live bands.
Yummy rockstar dishes include Southwest spring rolls stuffed with spinach, black beans, cilantro, corn, jalapeños and jack cheese served with freshly made sour cream and guacamole chipotle ranch dressing. Their Legendary Burgers feature a premium grade ground beef patty in a fresh brioche bun, accompanied by seasoned fries. Try the big cheeseburger topped with your choice of three thick slices of American, Monterey Jack, cheddar or Swiss cheese, served with lettuce, tomato and red onion. An extra portion of herb and garlic fries with chimichurri mayo gives a rockstar kick. Famous fajitas feature your choice of grilled chicken or beef, served with pico de gallo, monterey jack and cheddar cheese, fresh guacamole, sour cream and warm tortillas. The vegetable pasta with grilled seasonal veggies in a slightly spicy, fresh creamy tomato sauce and served with parmesan shavings and garlic toast is a knockout. Add grilled chicken for a heartier kick. Definitely check out the diner-style milkshakes.
