Bouquet Garni has a compact menu and daily specials dependent upon seasonal produce. All dishes are prepared in-house from scratch, including the crunchy, tasty bread covered in seeds and served steaming straight from the oven, accompanied by delicious extra virgin olive oil. Choose a wine from the extensive wine list and try the creamy prawn bisque with a tower of prawns in the centre or the delicious wild mushroom fricassée. Next enjoy the char-grilled veal cutlet with caper and tomato beurre noisette or the fish platter with pan-fried silver mullet, mussels, clams and prawns with sides of large roast potatoes and chunky vegetables. Finally indulge in a home-made dessert such as the sumptuous berry compote and Chantilly cream pavlova or the delicious chocolate fondant.
