The menu comprises a mixture of Victor’s signature dishes as well as some of his latest creations. Ravioli with porchini mushrooms, brown butter and sage or the acquerello risotto with slow cooked octopus and chorizo are two delightful starters that will compete for your attention. For mains, try their signature steak and chips of black angus ribeye or pan fried escalope of milk fed veal with lemon and thyme sauce , demonstrations of Victor’s technical prowess as a chef.
