Acqua, Terra e Mare

"Thumbs up for this restaurant" ... "always a lovely meal". The food is "delicious"..."a work of art" and the service is "superb".

Let the decor of Acqua, Terra e Mare set the tone for what promises to be a delightfully upmarket dining experience. Subdued decor whispers good taste as you marvel at the beautifully appointed open kitchen, past dark wood panelling and trompe d’oeil walls. Step out onto the terrace overlooking the spectacular Portomaso marina where local clement weather often allows for dining al fresco amongst the palm trees under white canvas parasols. Top-notch service ensures that every aspect of your meal has been given the personal touch.
Choose from plump fresh oysters, served either natural or with a selection of homemade dressings and lemon wedges, the covetable fish tartare dressed with garlic, soft herbs and olive oil or a pleasant caprese salad for starters. Fresh garganelle pasta with chicken strips sautéed in garlic, tossed in a delicate truffle and thyme broth finished with parmesan vie for attention. A wide variety of locally caught fish and seafood is available daily. Check out the fish display for their selection. Methods of cooking include acqua di mare, al sale or grilled. Lava grilled aged Angus beef rib-eye, fillet or veal cooked to your liking are lovely alternatives and are accompanied by a selection of sauces and sides. Desserts are given top billing with the dark Ferrero being a must for all those who enjoy rounding off their meal on a deliciously sweet note.
