A seasonal à la carte menu and a daily specials board offer antipasti, pasta, risotto, meat and fish with an emphasis on authentic Maltese flavours. There are fabulous platters to share including Aaron’s House platter packed with Salame felino, mozzarella bufala, eggplant parmiggiana, calamari fritti, suppli’ al telefono (tomato and mozzarella rice balls), tomato bruschette, sundried tomatoes and pickled onions. Antipasti featuring creamed zucchini baked with garlic, oregano and mozzarella garnished with deep fried almond crusted ġbejna. Mains include salmon, baked with orange zest and Parma ham until crispy and served on a bed of braised zucchini and vitello ai funghi. Finally, you can’t miss out on their traditional mqaret (sweet pastry stuffed with dates). The wine list presents the best of Maltese along with a good European and new world selection. Craft-beers and a fully stocked bar are available.
