Established in 2017, this restaurant has recently moved to a new location in the historic St. George’s Square in Valletta. The terrace accommodates almost 100 guests in full view of the Grandmaster’s palace. With tables adorned in crisp linen and comfortable seating, this terrace is perfect for al fresco dining most of the year. The indoor seating area hosts 40 guests. The decor is striking, with a stunning pink bar and atmospheric lighting, grey feature walls and low lighting that glints off polished cutlery, creating a perfect environment of style.
Serving a fusion of French and Mediterranean cuisine with classic dishes reinvented, this Valletta favourite has become a hot spot for diners. The menu changes every twelve weeks to seasonal demands and reflects a commitment to innovation and creative flair. For a bite to share, you’ll love the pulled duck tacos served with a sweet corn salsa and finished with teriyaki mayo. The Champagne prawn tempura served with an orange and chili jam and petit salad is a delightful starter. The vegan plant-based shepherd’s pie is a delightful twist on the classic. Daily specials are also available, as well as a provocative list of local and international wines and spirits. Conclude with the Viennese warm apple strudel served with vanilla ice-cream.
