Set on the picturesque Valletta Waterfront promenade, Browns Kitchen is fast-building an impeccable reputation for its tantalizing food creations. Vault 4 has been transformed into a fine restaurant, offering a both indoor and outdoor dining experience throughout the year. Only the freshest local and foreign ingredients make it to Executive Chef and Manager Oswald Caruana’s kitchen who is taking the idea of flavour to the next level. On the menu one can find specialities like Carpaccio of USDA Fillet, Rocket and Burrata di Buffala, Linguine with fresh prawns tossed in decadent prawn bisque, Osso buco of Milk Fed Dutch Veal with a Cinnamon and Orange Jus, a variety of Game and Poultry and Fresh Fish amongst others.
