Located at 54 Strait Street, Valletta, Palazzo Preca is owned by Charles Preca and his daughter Ramona better known as Charles of Tal-Familja and Ramona the Dancing Chef. They will be offering you a warm welcome at this, their newest venture, to experience dining in a 15th century palazzo in the heart of Valletta. Palazzo Preca is the venue in Valletta where you find fresh oysters, scallops, prawn, mussels and much more. It serves a variety of Mediterranean and Maltese dishes such as pasta, most recommended with sea food, colourful salads, Irish beef fillet, traditional cooked rabbit, fresh fish and shellfish. They are fortunate to have a culinary team as passionate about their work as they are experienced and professionally trained. Each team member brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.
