The New Maltese Cuisine at Palazzo Santa Rosa

A fun, informal, entertaining demonstration of modern Maltese cooking. Claude Camilleri chef-patron of Palazzo Santa Rosa describes “Maltese Cuisine as that maligned concept that no one seems to quantify and define without getting into trouble. So we start by declaring ourselves in trouble and work ourselves out of the mire. Irrereverent humour, sublime cooking, wild antics, you will be joining the chefs in the kitchen as they prepare dish after dish in an informal setting. Enjoy your food served straight out of the oven, off the heat. Help yourself, help the chefs. This is more than just an evening of fine food; it is an evening of hands on fun, entertainment and a new way of looking at our rich Maltese cuisine”. Claude’s special guest for the evening will be well known local chef Michael Cauchi. In association with Good Earth Ltd.
